A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, but you will not be charged unless one of the following occurs:

You cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and the spot cannot be filled. You do not show up for your appointment. You receive treatment and fail to pay within 30 days. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the time to another patient. Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a charge for the appointment fee plus a 3% credit card service charge.
